Generate QR codes from Excel or Google Sheets
- Put each complete link in column A, starting in A1. Use one link per row and leave out column headings.
- Copy up to 100 cells and paste them into Enter URLs/Text above. You can also export a one-column sheet as CSV and upload it.
- Check the entries, choose colors or a logo, and select Generate QR Codes.
- Download individual PNGs or select Download All as ZIP. Open and scan the codes before printing.
Excel workbooks (.xlsx) are not uploaded directly. Export CSV or paste the cells. The CSV importer reads the first comma-separated value on each row; for content containing commas, paste the complete text instead.
Prepare your links for a bulk QR download
Paste one complete URL or text entry per line. For CSV uploads, put the content in the first column, omit the header row, and check the preview before generating. Each batch supports up to 100 entries.
Use the ZIP download for a batch of product labels, event handouts, or location signs. Each PNG contains the content you entered directly; the destination cannot be changed inside a static code after printing.

Can I generate QR codes from Excel or Google Sheets?

Does each row get a different QR code?
Yes. Each non-empty entry creates its own static QR code. Use different links for different destinations. The ZIP contains separate PNG files for the batch.
Can I add the same logo and colors to every code?
Yes. Choose your foreground and background colors and upload a logo before generating. Those settings apply to the whole batch. Test the resulting codes before printing.
Do batch QR codes expire or include scan tracking?
Static codes have no expiry and do not record scans. Keep each linked page available. Changing the encoded destination requires a new code; optional tracked QR codes are a separate account-based feature.
